Legal Aid Update

Legal aid is still available for advice and support in education cases involving special educational needs and discrimination. We can also carry out court work relating to education law challenges such as judicial reviews and appeals against tribunal decisions. Although only 3 contracts have been awarded for this work across England and Wales, fortunately we have one of the contracts and indeed are the only solicitors’ firm to get a contract for legally aided education work.

If you find you are now longer eligible for legal aid in education following recent cuts and changes, get in touch with us, as we are able to offer high level support at significantly reduced rates for clients on low incomes.
