New London Office Opening!

We have now opened a new office in London and are delighted to announce that we are being joined by leading lawyers in the field of education and community care.

Eleanor Wright, Angela Jackman and Oliver Studdert, all of whom were previously working with Fisher Meredith in London will now be working from our office at 33-41 Dallington Street London EC1V 0BB. Both Eleanor and Angela are top rated for their work in education law by the leading guides to the legal profession. Angela is also highly rated for her work in community care, while Oliver is a rising star in the field of community care.

Elaine Maxwell has been working with Angela since they were both involved in devising the supervisor standards for education law practitioners, and has been a fellow peer reviewer in education law with Eleanor. She has also been working with Eleanor and Angela on a working party in conjunction with the Ministry of Justice and Department for Children Schools and Families on the possibility of increasing legally aided support for parents appealing to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal.

Eleanor, Angela and Oliver will be joined by another 6 members of the team over the month of May, increasing still further our work in community care, and mental capacity issues.

These additions to our team will, in the words of one leading barrister in the field, make us pre-eminent in these areas of law
