work in this Lancaster firm, established in January 2003.
A former partner at Irwin Mitchell, Gillott gained plaudits
from one particularly eminent barrister as "absolutely
outstanding - amongst the top five nationwide." Concentrating
primarily on cases involving babies and children, he recently
acted in the unusual case of Taylor v West Yorks Health Authority,
in which an obstetric breach of duty resulted in the deafness
of a child.
